I would like to keep things standard in the beginning. Distinguishing all methods as separate from one another, but none inferior to another in imperfectly capturing reality in social science to separate my views on their use to explain relationships between variables. Here I will write about methods, focusing on their use and appropriateness in studying social phenomena.
